Exploratory Analysis of DDX3Y and XIST Expression by Reported Sex in Cancer Cell Lines (2023, expanded and Revised 2026)

This portfolio report expands an exploratory genomics project originally completed in 2023. Using CCLE gene-expression data and R, I examined patterns in DDX3Y and XIST expression across cancer cell lines grouped by reported sex. I expanded and revised the original course project in 2026 to provide clearer documentation of the analysis, figures, findings, and limitations.
